Upon confirmation of your order, Wash’n’Wear Uniforms will prepare and dispatch your goods within 2-4 working weeks. If we are out of stock of items or any unexpected delays occur you will be notified by email or phone, giving you the choice of waiting, changing the goods or cancelling your order. All back-ordered orders will be given an approximate delivery date.
All orders will be sent via registered Australia Post or through local courier services.
In some cases we will be able to send goods via Express Australia Post.
IMPORTANT (Goods return/exchange)
For all our made-to-order garments:
*The industry standard allows up to 5% variation in colors shown on our website when compared to the actual colors of the fabrics being used to make the garments.
*No size trying orders will be accepted for return and exchange (This policy applies to non-made-to-order products too)
*Returns and exchanges are valid only when there is a faulty in materials and/or workmanship.
*No refunds or exchange will be accepted due to incorrect choice of products or simply a change of mind.
